We want your GameDay Merch helmet to arrive perfect.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

1-year warranty

Every helmet comes with a 1-year warranty covering the motorized faceplate, LED eyes and voice controls under normal use. If something stops working, reach out and we'll repair or replace it.
